Andrey Shugarov (b. 1958) / painter 

Andrey Shugarov was born in 1958 in Tbilisi, Georgia. 1975-1982 – Studied in Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts (Yerevan, Armenia). Since 1990 – Member of Armenian Artists Center. Since 1990 – Member of the Artists Union of Armenia. Since 2002 – Member of Creative Union of Artists of Russia (UNESCO). Since 2002 – Member of International Fine Art Fund.
